GEO360

GEO-360 is a bulge and depression measurement system for installation on tire uniformity machines and balancers. It features the Starrett SL3 line laser sensor manufactured by Starrett-Bytewise. SL3 is the third generation of sensor, and has been optimized specifically for cured tire runout and bulge measurement. GEO-360 is available as a complete turnkey package with 4-axis sensor positioning system, cables, electronics, 3 sensors, PC processor and software. Software provides for all the standard measurement parameters - RRO, LRO, tread splice, and sidewall bulge and depression. GEO-360 is also available in a "no motion" package as sensors and SW for mounting on any sensor positioning system. We offer partnerships for uniformity and balance machine makers who want to offer GEO-360 as an option or a standard on their machines. The GEO-360 positioning system can be modified to fit most type of machines. Integration requires connection to your PLC, encoder, e-stop and PC.
